Generations of Faith

Generations of Faith is a life long faith formation program for people of all ages.  It is a way for all of us to enrich our faith life and form community.  We gather for a meal, pray together, and share faith several times a year.

Children's Religious Education

Religious Education is provided on Sunday mornings for children from age four through the time of Confirmation.  We try to help our young people learn the beliefs of our Catholic faith and to develop a relationship with Jesus.  It is a family centered program, working to help families pass down faith to their children.  To sign up for our Children's Religious Education program, click here for the registration form.

Vacation Bible School

Vacation Bible School is a way of spreading the message of God's love for each of us.  We serve not only the children of our parish, but the children in our neighborhood as well.  Our VBS is held the second week of July from 9:00 am to noon.  Children learn stories of the bible and have a wonderful week.

Young Adults

The Sacred Heart Young Adult Group is for anyone in their 20's or 30's who is interested in service work and volunteering in the community, further exploring your faith, and participating in social and community building activities.  If you are interested in joining this group, please contact Tim at

Youth Group

The mission of the Sacred Heart Youth Ministry is to empower young people to live as disciples of Jesus Christ in our world today; to encourage young people to responsible participation in the life, mission, and work of the Catholic faith community at Sacred Heart; and to foster the total personal and spiritual growth of each young person.  For more information on the Youth Group, please contact Tim McTaggart at (402) 451-5755 or at
